Who We Are?

We are a group of committed individuals.  Iyengaars Valuers and Associates was promoted and founded by Mr. Laxmi Narasimhaa Krishnaa, an Engineer by profession and an Entrepreneur in Spirit. 

Krishnaa is an MBA and is also a Law graduate, he also holds additional masters degrees in Valuation, & Law. He has undergone many additional programs like Financial Modeling, Vastu etc.

Not being satisfied with having a small business he went on to expand the business into different cities and across verticals like Real Estates, Construction & Contracting, House & Commercial Property Painting, Water Proofing of premises, Business Valuations, Brand Valuations and other related fields.

Architects, Civil Engineers, Engineers, Financial Modelers, CA’s, CFA’s, and Company Secretaries are part of our team and we work with them to provide the best value proposition to our clients.

Krishnaa himself is a Valuer of distinction having equipped himself with a Masters Degree in Property Valuation, he continues to strive towards excellence, he also has graduated in Law, & has a masters LLM in Corporate & Business Law. He is an MBA in Business & HR.

Krishnaa has conducted many courses on Personality development, Stock markets, Public Speaking, Communication Skills and so on for many organisations, Institutions, Schools and Colleges.  Among them are Christ School, Christ College, R V Management College and many other eminent institutions.

He has also conducted many successful Programs, Seminars and Workshops at the Institute of World Culture, Institution of Engineers, and at Rotary Club and many other places for Children and Adults alike. He has been invited as a chief guest for many functions like Republic Day, Independence day and on other occasions by schools, colleges & other organisations. Iyengaars Valuers regularly contributes to Philanthropic and Dharmic causes too.
